We have the most advanced CNC and VMC machines procured from leading for manufacturing precision-machined mold inserts. We also operate a conventional tool room, comprising of precision machines for milling, turning, surface-grinding, etc. These machines play the supporting role of fine-tuning and putting the finishing touches to our precision-machined mold inserts.

Our fully-integrated unit is also equipped with a state-of-the-art CAD/CAM station for designing and manufacturing the molds as well as a mold assembly shop and a dedicated testing and bottle inspection facility. All our equipment is operated by highly trained and qualified professionals.
